SONETO INGLÊS 2

SONETO INGLÊS 2

Though I age these two hands don't seem to wither
they keep lean clean or as they say
feminine :: pianist's hands though I can barely play
a tambourine a doorbell :: though barely can I
these hands :: gotta admit :: seem so young
often strangers in the body they live in
their secret maybe lying in the prairies
of thy body where they never felt forlorn
and which taught them to unfold their affections
constellations of affections oh long repressed
these hands naked in their unending questions
in the miracle of thy skin they got dressed
   these two hands are thine thou have read the lines
   and they shall breathe and fly but next to thine.
